The Classics Coollection includes:

Vanilla We love the way vanilla showcases the quality of our grass-fed NC dairy. We use Madagascar vanilla beans to add a richness that is impossible to get any other way.

Chocolate Decadent chocolate ice cream made with only the best ingredients we can get our hands on: fresh North Carolina dairy and rich cocoa.

Strawberry There's nothing more classic than our strawberry ice cream. Farm fresh NC dairy meets these plump, sweetened berries for a taste that's never out of style.

Cookie Dough We're not opposed to freshly-baked cookies; we'd just rather swirl our gooey chocolate chunk cookie dough in our sweet ice cream instead!

Double Cookies and Cream We used to make this one with half as many cookies but we felt like we were cheating you. So now we can cram double the cookies into every batch.

Mint Chocolate Chip A classic: peppermint ice cream and chocolate shavings. Why isn't it green? As with all our flavors, we choose to pass on the artificial colors and flavors.
