After years of requests we're finally doing it. Introducing Boombalatti's Ice Cream Cakes. Our Chocolate Near Death Experience Ice Cream Cake is very chocolatey. How chocolatey? Well, all we know is that no one has ever died eating it. But we have to assume they've come close.
We start with a base layer of fudgy brownie and then add our award-winning chocolate ice cream layered with plenty more brownie chunks. A chocolate whipped icing is then topped with brownie crumbles and min chocolate chips and the whole thing is surrounded by a chocolate sprinkle crumb coat. And you thought I was joking when I mentioned how chocolatey this thing is.
Our smaller cake is 6" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 6-10 people.
Our larger cake is 8" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 10-14 people.
