Look, we know that Thanksgiving is known as a holiday full of delicious desserts, so if we want to join your spread we know that we're going to need to BRING IT. So we put our heads down and got to work on the ULTIMATE fall dessert. Say hello to our Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake. A spiced graham cracker base layered with our pumpkin ice cream studded with chocolate chips, a thick layer of pumpkin chocolate chip cake, more ice cream, pumpkin-spiced whipped topping, more cake and more chocolate chips. Is it good? How dare you ask such a question.
Our ice cream cakes are 8" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 10-14 people (or one really, really, really hungry person.)
