After years of requests we're finally doing it. Introducing Boombalatti's Ice Cream Cakes. Our Peppermint Bark Ice Cream Cake features a layer fudge brownie surrounded by two layers of our Peppermint Bark ice cream sitting on a crunchy chocolatey base. Iced with a whipped frosting and a peppermint crumb coat. Finished with a layer of chocolate shell, peppermint bark and peppermint crunch.
Our ice cream cakes are 8" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 10-14 people (or one really, really, really hungry person.)
