For the mom who always knew cookies solve everything. We packed this scoop with chunks of our brown butter chocolate chip cookies, all swirled into a rich, toasty brown butter base and finished with a pinch of sea salt. Like a warm hug from Mom… just a little meltier.
Strawberry Pretzel Pie
Close your eyes and picture a family picnic. We took that classic sweet-and-salty combo and gave it the Boombalatti’s treatment: cream cheese ice cream, a ribbon of strawberry jam, whipped topping, and layers of buttery pretzel crumble. This is how we’re choosing to remember it.
Lemon Blueberry Donut
We teamed up with our friends at The Donut Inn for this one. A lemon vanilla base loaded with chunks of their lemon blueberry cake donuts, swirled with lemon glaze, and finished with fresh lemon zest. Breakfast, dessert… we’re not here to limit you.
